Hey guys, this post will be loved by every foodie. These Street food mentioned below are probably only known by locals of Kutch... And viola!! I m the resident of Kutch. If you do visit Kutch I request you
.. no I order you to taste most of the street foods mentioned below..

1. Dabeli

Guys, dabeli is the local food of Kutch. You may find this food outside Kutch but believe me you won't get that taste😋. The mashed potato filling is filled in between pav(bun). You will get hundreds of shop that serve dabeli in Bhuj but below are some best places according to me:

  • Khavda dabeli - It is located at hospital road, near Bhuj English school.
  • Navin  dabeli - It's just adjacent to khavda dabeli.
  • Cost-₹10
Now I mentioned 2 of the best places for dabeli. At khavda you will get the dabeli filled with potato filling, whereas at Navin you will get dabeli filled with bhel. That's the reason it's also known as bhel dabeli. Bhel is made up of lots of Chutneys and puffed rice.

2. Bhaji pav

Now don't confuse this thingy with pav bhaji. It is a whole new concept. And a level next of taste. Yummmmmm. I m not having picture of it or else I would have shown you guys.

  • You will find this Bhaji pav near mangalam hotel. I don't think that shop(theka) is having any name. But you will find it easily near mangalam circle.
  • Cost-₹10

3. Pav bhaji

Here comes the favorites of all pav bhaji😋. I won't have to describe this dish much as you all are very well aware of it. I would recommend below place

  • Swagat pavbhaji, near Mahakali shopping mall on Jubilee circle. Now an additional surprise, there's a bakery near the shop called laxmi bakery. If you are fan of chocolate than don't forget to have chocolate fudge pastry over there.
  • Cost-₹50-₹100

4.  Vada pav

The most famous and tastiest vada pav of bhuj is:

  • Shankar vada pav, near swagat pavbhaji on Jubilee circle itself.
  • Cost-₹10
This won't taste like a normal vada pav, the filling here is kinda different. And you can also guzzle on their special recipe marcha (chilli)pav.

5. Sandwich

Some of the people are huge lovers of sandwich. It is a light weight snack but though it can fill up your tummies. I would recommend:

  • Davda sandwich, it is in area called Nagar chakla, near the bridal shop. You can have variety of tastes here in various types of sandwiches. They serve cheese sandwich, masala sandwich, paneer sandwich and many more.
  • Cost-₹50-₹100

So guys these were the food listings I personally think you shouldn't miss if you visit Bhuj. These all shops are on roadside and they aren't much fancied but that doesn't mean that food isn't good. For all the foodies out there go and taste the strictly Street food in Bhuj.
